"Nothing’s worse than a surprise visa rejection or hidden tax hit when you’re halfway around the world. Well, not anymore!"

I didn’t become a digital nomad to escape life; I became one because something in me needed to expand it. With Portuguese blood running through my veins, maybe it was always there… that pull to explore new shores, to follow the horizon just a little further. Years ago, I packed up more than just bags; I brought with me curiosity, uncertainty, and a quiet knowing that life had more to offer than a fixed address.
Since then, I’ve navigated more than my share of border stamps, late-night flights, rushed visa runs and bureaucratic black holes. I’m 35 now, and this life I’ve built didn’t come from a dream board; it came from trial and error, research, and a lot of resilience. When I share nomad news, blog insights, or visa updates, it’s not content for the sake of content; it’s what I wish someone had handed me when I started.
Lush Latitude was born from that need: to create a place where digital nomads can find real, useful, up-to-date information without sifting through expired blog posts or vague forums. Every resource here comes from either my own experience or something I’ve personally vetted because it felt worth sharing. It’s part storytelling, part service, and always rooted in the real journey; mine, and hopefully yours too.
My mission is to replace confusion with clarity, overwhelm with direction, and hesitation with momentum. If you're dreaming of this lifestyle or already deep in it, I want you to feel not just inspired; but equipped with the right compass.
Think it's all too complicated? Think Again.
